Had a blast here today with the kiddos (1-yo & 4-yo)! So many activities included with admission: train ride around beautiful landscaping and through a cute barn (so clean and well-kept); a paved “race track” with various cozy coupes and 4-wheel pedal bikes; an area with small slides, teeter-totters, and a water table for the littlies; a super-cool silo converted into a multiple-slide platform; AND a huge bounce pillow. A cute shop and a snack bar for additional $. Truly an IL gem with lovely, kind owners. Come check it out!

Great for families, date nights, outing with friends and even dog friendly! Music in the background as you walk around this huge farm cooking vases with fresh cuttings of flowers. They host many events and have games for kids to play with a gift shop as well.

If you're looking for a truly magical, one-of-a-kind experience just outside the Chicagoland area—The Wildflower Farm in Monee, IL is it! This boutique flower farm is a dreamy slice of heaven where you can handpick your own fresh blooms and create your very own bouquet. The moment I stepped onto the farm, I was completely enchanted. The staff was so helpful, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The entire place radiates warmth, joy, and care. You can feel that this farm is a true labor of love. The flower fields were bursting with color—Amaranthus, Zinnias, Snapdragons, Dahlias, Sunflowers, and so many more! It’s an absolute visual feast. Prices are super reasonable and vary depending on the size of the vase you choose—and there’s even a discount if you bring your vase back on your next visit! I love that they encourage revisiting and make it affordable to do so. Beyond flowers, their calendar is packed with fun and creative events—live music, food trucks, crafting nights, and even character visits for kids. I’ve been three times now, and love it a little more with each visit. Sunrise yoga flow to start the day. Pet the goats to extend the zen. Cut some fresh wildflowers for your dining table or desk. Purchase local goodies. And Fall Fest! The kiddies can burn off some energy. What’s real treat to have close to home.

Such an adorable and friendly place! The farm is beautiful and there’s so much to do with the cutest little store and vendor set ups. Anna and her team are welcoming, friendly and helpful. There’s flower fields all around and it’s just so pretty! I can’t wait to go back! Jeana
